I’ve spent my whole career face-to-face with customers, building businesses, driving sales, growing market share, leading teams, winning awards, and learning what really moves the needle. Over the years, I’ve managed teams as small as 15 and as large as 1,000. Whether running my own company or leading regional managers, one truth always stood out: people come first.
That’s why, on 21 September 2019, I launched Ultimate Leadership Training Ltd, a business dedicated to helping sales teams, marketers, and business leaders grow with confidence, energy, and a focus on real results - not outdated pressure tactics or quick wins that don’t last.

Our superstar VA keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, while our four outstanding training consultants deliver the programmes I can’t personally run, or the sessions that need specialist expertise.
